Intuchem fire board is designed for sealing around service penetrations in floors and walls to reinstate the fire integrity of the fire compartment.

Two sizes 1200mm x 600mm x 50mm and 1200mm x 600mm x 60mm available as single boards or in packs of 5. 

A single Intuchem fire board in either the 50mm or 60mm thick configurations will provide  up to 4 hours fire resistance in accordance with BS Standards.

Intuchem fire boards are a mineral fibre batt core coated on both sides with Intuchem fire seal board coating which transforms into a hard ceramic during a fire to prevent the passage of fire and smoke and the transfer of heat.

Intuchem fire board coating should be used on all cut edges or joints.

Fire Seal Coating is packed in 5 Kilo pails.

Both fire board and fire board coating are unaffected by oil, fungus, moisture, vermin, weather and contain no halogens or asbestos.
