Door Bottom Seals - Rebated type Automatic acoustic and smoke rated door bottom seals which are spring loaded to lift clear of the floor when the door is opened by a few millimetres. Designed to seal a gap in the range of 3mm – 14mm Noise reduction Index level of Rw 37dB. Seal can be cut back by 95mm. Satin Anodised finish. Tested for durability 200,000 cycles completed without failure for fire rated smoke doors. Seal drops on hinge side before lock side. Suitable for all types of swing doors.
